Customer Service- Process & Automation Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Service professional to support the European Customers within a Sales environment with a particular focus on coordinating the implementation and ongoing management of Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI, VMI, CMI).
The Customer Service- Process & Automation Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing support of other sales tools and processes (using dashboards, Microsoft applications and SharePoint).
Support customers by providing necessary information, feedback and communication in a timely manner. Providing documentation, data entry support and information exchange functions arising from the sales process. Undertakes special projects upon the request of European Inside Sales Director.
Data Maintenance/Management for the European Sales, Inside Sales & Customer Service Team.
Inside Sales / Customer Service responsibilities:
To set up/roll out and manage the European Customers’ EDI / VMI / CMI interfaces.
Design, implementation and ongoing support of other sales tools and processes (using dashboards, Microsoft applications and SharePoint)
Back-up support for the European Engineering Team (the team responsible for business, tools and reporting automation within the Supply Chain Management group).
Customer Service and Inside Sales support.
