For one of our clients, an innovative, international research and technology provider, we are looking for a:


Sales Manager

Amsterdam, fulltime


Your day as a Sales Manager:


As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling the company’s products and services packages in a defined sales territory of corporate clients, attaining or exceeding all established individual indicators, objectives, quotas and guidelines.

In your role you will be primarily focusing on building excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business. This means providing these clients with assistance where needed, establishing partner relationships with those clients that meet the defined criteria for the Partnership plan and using different sales to achieve your goals. The Sales Manager will be reporting directly to de board.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Acquire new clients via various sales activities
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Building sustainable relationships with clients
  • Manage corporate clients
  • Meet or exceed all revenue and retention rates
  • Develop delighted customers who continue to purchase the company’s services on a regular basis
  • Input all relevant information into the appropriate sales tracking databases, including: bids, prospects, client contact, meeting reports, etc.


As Sales Manager you have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 3+ year’s proven consultative sales experience is a must
  • Experience in the market research industry is a must
  • Native Dutch, but also excellent in the English language
  • Minimal a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or a sales concentration
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Track record for business development with new and existing clients
  • Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment
  • Internet research experiences are a significant advantage
  • Cold-calling skills to arrange (online) appointments with clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment. Success-driven
  • Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills
